Jay Cronley is a columnist for the Tulsa World and the author of many works of humorous fiction, including Fall Guy, Good Vibes, Quick Change, and Funny Farm. Most of Cronley's work is out of print. Cronley became a member of the Oklahoma Writers Hall of Fame in 2002.
