sweet dreams...

Jay Doyle is a conundrum to himself and anyone who gets to know him. He is a young professional man in Cleveland with a vibrant zest for life that is countered only by his laid-back attitude. Handsome, dashing and available, Jay seems poised to have any sort of life he desires. And while he can get rowdy, something inside him desires a deeper contentment from life. It is this 'something' that leads Jay to a series of dreams about the perfect girl. In these dreams, he is introduced to Serena, a vision of a young woman who could be the perfect soul mate for Jay. When Serena somehow comes into being, all Jay's hopes have finally been realized. His dream girl is alive. But before long, Serena begins to deteriorate psychologically. This person created solely from Jay's subconscious can no longer handle the constraints of reality. She loses all control over herself and her thoughts and goes after the very person who created her. Jay finds that escaping Serena is not enough, for she follows him back into his dreams again. A terrifying struggle for life consumes Jay, as he must fight to stay awake...in order to stay alive.
