Becky Hill can hardly wait. She's been promoted to the pink class - the intermediate class at Madame Trikilnova's Ballet School. All the kids wear pink from head to toe - a pink leotard, pink tights, and pink slippers - Becky's favorite color. She can just see herself as a ballet star doing pirouettes to wild applause.
Her best friend, Katie Ruiz, is already in the class. So is Charlotte Stype, the best pink dancer. Becky is thrilled when Charlotte befriends her and they start to practice together after class. But Katie is jealous.
