Arbitrance Constable has been missing for 10 years--a short time for a dragon, but a long time for his family and friends. As the second decade begins, his companion Murdan of Overhall fears that Arbitrance may have been kidnapped. The Constable must scour the darkest reaches of the land, in a desperate search they hope will end in dragon rescue.
