Linda, a top-level recruitment consultant, is bemused but flattered when she discovers that her husband's secretary has resigned her job on discovering the man has had an affair and determines to find a great job for her. When a research position opens up at FOREVER FM working for the fiery radio DJ Maeve, she is sure she has found it. Maeve Haran, is not the easiest person to work for - sexy, ambitious, she may have the most desirable men in Dublin on her arm but none are close to her heart. Especially not the show's producer who is demanding a rating-catching talk show that Maeve knows will either make or ruin her reputation. She is determined to create a show that raises serious issues without being sleazy. An impossible goal according to the station's owner, the charming Ben who is now stepping out with Linda.
