Barbara Ann Logan Colley (born 1947) is a romance and mystery novelist based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her recent work is centered on the fictitious "Charlotte LaRue", the subject of a series of mysteries. She has written more than a dozen novels which have been published in some seventeen languages. Sometimes she writes under the name "Anne Logan".

On April 7, 2008, Colley underwent surgery for cancer. Her husband, David, reported that the prognosis is encouraging for her complete recovery.
