Panic grips LA as a cop killer stalks the streets. So far, three officers from the Downtown Precinct have been murdered and there are no clues as to who is doing this or why.
Detective Marcy Kendrick and her partner Angel are assigned the case. The dead cops’ friends and partners at the Precinct insist they have no idea why the victims were targeted.
