What DCI Mitchell does know is that the fire in an office complex was deliberately started, but what he doesn't know is if it is the work of a serial arsonist he is chasing. One victim of the fire was an Asian woman, the other a white man. Could the fire be a copycat arson attack, to mask the real crime, a racially motivated murder? Or is Mitchell dealing with an incident involving family dishonour and revenge?
