Now that I’m (gulp) a member of the Special Crimes Unit investigating supernatural crimes, I have to step up and ensure my stone whisperer abilities are on point. You’d think being partnered with sexy shifter Mateo would make things so much better, but not so much. He’s acting weird, like he doesn’t even want to be around me anymore. Meanwhile, someone is forcing wolf shifters to attack humans, and things suddenly get a whole lot more hairy (pun totally intended).
These blatant shifter-on-human attacks threaten to reveal the existence of the supernatural world—a total disaster in the making. And, more scarily, they target me! Can we stop this crazed person before they use a cursed moonstone to hurt more people and out us to the world?
