Travel and history are two of Emily's passions. When her husband took business trips to Europe, she tagged along to play tourist while he worked. Other cultures fascinate her and she loves to learn about how other people view the world. When she was in high school, one of her stated goal was to travel widely. She just didn't expect to have to drag all her stuff along with her all the time.

She and her family have lived in 9 different states and 4 times zones from the Great Northwest to the Carolinas. She loved them all but always tries to make wherever she currently lives her favorite. For now, she calls New England home and regards each of her moves as extended vacations.
Someday, she hopes to find where home really is.
