Unfulfilled by her career in New York, Paige has decided to scrap the whole thing and move back to her hometown in Texas. Convinced Paige is making a mistake, her older sister asks Paige to detour to Sea Haven Village to visit her friend Damon Adams and his troublesome, tomboy daughter. Paige is delighted to try her hand at temporary motherhood, but she is not prepared for Damon's charms or the romantic schemes of Seascape's ghosts.
