Chris has a difficult relationship with his dad and has always got on better with his gran, who now has Alzheimer's and is in a home. After a particularly bad row, Chris runs away to Ireland and takes Gran with him. He wants to show her the place where she grew up one last time - and help her rediscover her 'chocolate moon' she keeps talking about. A deft and sensitive exploration of a difficult issue.
