Two small skeletons have been dug up in the main street of St Boan. They are the bones of Matthew and Ben Pernel who were killed in mysterious circumstances, their musician father blamed. Aunt Lal calls on her nephew Ned to help solve the mystery, but ghostly murderers are on his trail.
