A wicked magician is out to turn all of Oz into a swamp! He's destroying all the flowers in the Emerald City. Munchkinland, and the surrounding countries. And if he's not stopped soon, Oz will lose all of its magic forever! But there is still one small hope. Glinda has under her protection the fabled speckled rose of Oz, the magic flower which alone can repopulate the flowrs of Oz and save the magic of the land. But the mysterious magician has bent all his powers toward destroying it!
