The White Flash that occurs one night leaves a scattering of stars in the sky and causes a paranormal effect to begin creeping into random people of the earth. These people gradually or automatically display unusual talents which they may or may not use for the good of humankind. Four men are brought together in the midst of the growing turmoil to attempt to defeat one of the strongest enemies they may ever face.
