Chief the Honourable M.A. Nanga, MP, left his job as a teacher to become a politician. As Minister for Culture, he is "a man of the people". At first, the contrast between Nanga and Odili, a former pupil who is visiting the Ministry appears huge. But Odili's idealism soon collides with his lusts.
